About the Role
The Director, Research Services is a critical leadership position at Pulse Labs AI, Inc., responsible for driving the growth and success of the company's core business unit. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, client relationship management, and digital skills to accelerate revenue growth and expand the company's market presence. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the UX research landscape, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and a passion for leveraging AI and digital technologies to drive business success. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and point of escalation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans
- Provide regular visibility into performance trends and risks, partnering with executive leadership to drive growth investments
- Translate client needs into compelling research solutions and service offerings
- Guide Account Managers and Sales staff on long-term account strategy and how to unlock value for clients
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the UX research space, positioning Pulse Labs AI, Inc. to capitalize on them ahead of the market
- Lead and develop a focused team of Account Managers and Sales professionals within Research Services
- Set clear performance expectations, build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and make the team better over time
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Enterprise Services to build integrated solutions
- Drive new client acquisition and expand revenue within existing accounts through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in general management, operations, or professional services leadership
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L, budgets, and revenue forecasting
- Strong background in client services, account management, or professional services
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong understanding of the UX research landscape and the role of AI in driving business success

- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with UX research and AI technologies
- Certification in a related field, such as business administration or marketing
