About the Role

The Director Revenue Transformation is a critical role at Gong.io, responsible for driving customer success and revenue growth through strategic guidance, customer transformation journeys, and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. As a key player in the revenue team, you'll work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to align Gong's solutions with the revenue goals of senior leaders. Your day-to-day will involve assessing clients' current revenue operations, identifying areas for improvement, and guiding them towards long-term, autonomous revenue AI transformation.

What You Will Do

  • Provide strategic guidance to Gong's largest clients to drive customer success and revenue growth
  • Drive customer transformation journeys and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assess clients' current revenue operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Guide clients towards long-term, autonomous revenue AI transformation
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to align Gong's solutions with the revenue goals of senior leaders
  • Leverage Gong's maturity model to assess clients' current revenue operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Gong's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue transformation, sales, or customer success
  • Strong understanding of digital skills, revenue operations, and AI-powered intelligence
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
