About the Role
The Director or Senior Director of Sales at Super League will be responsible for deepening relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities in the New York City Metropolitan Area. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the New York City Metropolitan Area
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and brands
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments, including programmatic sales and media capabilities
- Communicate the value of Super League's unique approach to gaming and audience engagement
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and ad ops
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including net-new logos and expanded partnerships
- Work closely with the sales team to drive growth and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and relationships

- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on programmatic and media capabilities
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process
