About the Role
The Director, Service Solutions, is a pivotal leadership position at Cornerstone OnDemand, tasked with driving the growth and evolution of the services business across the EMEA region. This role combines strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and organizational expertise, requiring a unique blend of skills to navigate the intersection of sales, account management, professional services, customer success, and alliances. Day-to-day, this involves defining and executing the regional services sales strategy, translating corporate priorities into actionable plans, and contributing to the evolution of service offerings and go-to-market approaches.Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled services sales professionals, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution during periods of organizational change. The role demands a balance between commercial performance, team leadership, and executive influence, necessitating a leader who is equally comfortable engaging with C-level customer stakeholders and partnering with senior internal leaders.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the regional services sales strategy aligned to broader business objectives.
- Translate corporate priorities into actionable plans that drive growth, customer value, and organizational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the evolution of service offerings, go-to-market approaches, operating models, and customer engagement strategies.
- Provide leadership during periods of organizational change, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution.
- Own regional services sales performance, including bookings, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Drive services attach and expansion opportunities across both new and existing customers.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Alliances leadership to maximize commercial outcomes.
- Act as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor on strategic customer opportunities.
- Engage senior customer stakeholders to understand business priorities and align services strategies to desired outcomes.
