About the Role
The Director of Solutions Consulting at Sprinklr is a pivotal role that involves leading a team of Solutions Consultants in the West region. This position is crucial for driving business growth through strategic GTM strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify market needs and develop innovative solutions.As a Director of Solutions Consulting, you will be responsible for coaching your team on opportunities, serving as a solutions sponsor within key accounts, and recruiting and developing new team members. Your expertise in GTM and Excel will be essential in analyzing market trends, identifying areas for growth, and developing data-driven solutions.
The Director will also play a key role in facilitating communication between the Solutions Consulting team and product teams to ensure that Sprinklr's solutions meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to customers.
What You Will Do
- Lead a team of Solutions Consultants in the West region, providing coaching and guidance on opportunities and account management
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Serve as a solutions sponsor within key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth
- Recruit and develop new team members, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify market needs and develop innovative solutions
- Analyze market trends and develop data-driven solutions using Excel and other tools
- Facilitate communication between the Solutions Consulting team and product teams to ensure market demands are met
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for the Solutions Consulting team
- Manage and optimize the Solutions Consulting team's performance, ensuring goals and objectives are met
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting or a related field, with a focus on GTM and leadership
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Expertise in GTM and Excel, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with unified customer experience management platforms, preferably with AI-native platforms
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Experience with sales, marketing, and product teams, with the ability to facilitate communication and collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform or similar platforms
- Certification in GTM or a related field, such as sales or marketing
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles, with the ability to apply them to business solutions
