About the Role

The Director, Strategy Services Delivery, plays a pivotal role in leading strategy, cyber, and governance engagements for healthcare provider organizations. This is a delivery-first role that requires hands-on leadership, with a focus on pre-sales support and maintaining tight stakeholder cadence. As the practice scales, the Director will take on broader responsibilities, including client development, practice operations, and team leadership.

The Director will be responsible for facilitating executive working sessions, translating complex inputs into crisp decision packages, and delivering reusable governance and operating-model artifacts. This role is perfect for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a lasting impact.

What You Will Do

  • Lead strategy, cyber, and governance engagements for healthcare provider organizations
  • Facilitate executive working sessions and translate complex inputs into crisp decision packages
  • Deliver reusable governance and operating-model artifacts
  • Manage stakeholder cadence, decision discipline, and executive-ready quality
  • Develop and maintain governance operating models, including charters, decision forums, and RACI matrices
  • Create board-ready strategy decks, narrative storylines, and executive decision memos
  • Build multi-year roadmaps with dependencies, sequencing rationale, decision gates, and transition plans
  • Produce portfolio tools, including inventories, prioritization scoring models, and value vs feasibility heatmaps
  • Develop financial and scenario models to support funding decisions

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy services delivery or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading engagements end-to-end and managing stakeholder cadence
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and maintaining governance operating models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in facilitating executive working sessions and translating complex inputs into crisp decision packages

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
