About the Role
The District Account Manager role at Johnson & Johnson MedTech is a key position that requires a deep understanding of the medical device industry and the ability to drive sales growth and profitability in the assigned territory. As a District Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local business strategies to maximize customer acceptance, market penetration, and sales growth of the Ethicon product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.The role entails building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and non-clinical stakeholders in the assigned territory. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement local business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability of the Ethicon product portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and non-clinical stakeholders in the assigned territory
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans
- Negotiate with non-clinical stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue
- Collect, analyze, and share market information to inform business decisions
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Participate in industry symposia, medical meetings, and monitor the industry's business and distributors
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus on surgery preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy
- Experience in contact with non-clinical stakeholders
- Performance and results-driven, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth
- Clinical and product understanding, with the ability to convey information to different audiences
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize relevant information
- Project management skills, with the ability to drive projects in an organized and timely manner

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain and convey information
