About the Role

The District Associate Manager role at Meril is a critical position that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and leadership skills. As a key member of the district-level field team, you will be responsible for managing sales and marketing activities across hospitals and labs in your designated territory. Your primary objective will be to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets, while strengthening relationships with doctors, distributors, and key accounts.

  • Manage sales and marketing activities across hospitals and labs in your designated territory

What We Are Looking For

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Medical Devices / Surgical / Pharma Sales, with a proven track record of sales achievement
  • Strong relationship-building and territory management skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and expansion
  • Local candidates with a consistent career track record, and a deep understanding of the local market and industry trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or a life science
