About the Role

The Division Lead Social Worker is a key leadership position at DaVita Kidney Care, responsible for overseeing social work initiatives and teams across the organization. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • Master's degree in social work or related field
  • Current social work licensure or certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social work, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform social work practice
  • Experience with budgeting, resource management, and staffing planning
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and standards
