About the Role
The Document Management Analyst II role at ITC Federal is a full-time, remote position that supports the U.S. Department of Justice under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will perform moderately complex litigation support tasks, including detailed review and analysis of case materials, detailed indexing of case files, and drafting procedures for accomplishing litigation support assignments. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and collaborate with minimal supervision.The Document Management Analyst II will be part of a team that provides critical support to the U.S. Department of Justice, enabling the efficient management of complex legal proceedings. The role entails working with a range of stakeholders, including government agencies, legal professionals, and technologists, to deliver high-quality litigation support services.

What You Will Do
- Perform detailed review and analysis of case materials, including financial records, health care materials, and other litigation files
- Conduct detailed indexing of case files and draft procedures for accomplishing litigation support assignments
- Screen documents for privilege and conduct database searches
- Proofread and edit deliverable products to ensure high-quality output
- Serve as a team leader for larger groups of Document Management Technicians and clerical support staff
- Work with minimal supervision and report to the Task Supervisor or Project Supervisor
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality litigation support services
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the litigation support process and relevant technologies
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Three years of experience on major litigation support projects or an undergraduate degree
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment
- Excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities
- Hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment
- Experience with data processing environments, including office automation networks
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Nice to Have
- Experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in finance/accounting, health care, or information technology
- Substantial experience in the legal environment or litigation support
- Familiarity with automated litigation support tools and technologies
- Certification in document management or a related field
