What You Will Do

• Provide dog walking services, ensuring dogs get the exercise they need
• Offer boarding services in your home, giving pet owners peace of mind while they're away
• Develop and implement training plans for dogs to improve behavior and obedience
• Communicate effectively with pet owners, keeping them updated on their pets' well-being and activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the pets in your care
• Utilize digital tools for scheduling, communication, and payment processing
• Ensure all pet care activities are conducted with professionalism and compassion
• Stay up-to-date with the latest methods and best practices in pet care and training
• Manage your time efficiently to meet the needs of your pet clients

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in handling pets, preferably in roles such as pet sitting, dog walking, or pet training
• Suitable accommodations for dog boarding, ensuring a safe and healthy environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction
• Basic digital skills, including the ability to use a smartphone and navigate through apps
• Physical stamina to walk dogs and engage in pet care activities
• Patience and understanding when dealing with pets, especially those with behavioral issues
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to pet care guidelines
• Knowledge of pet first aid and emergency procedures

Nice to Have

• Certification in pet grooming, training, or a related field
• Experience with pet behavior modification techniques
• Knowledge of different breeds and their specific needs
• Ability to provide additional services like pet grooming or photography
• Experience working with a variety of pets, including cats, birds, or other small animals
