What You Will Do
- Contribute to the development of Reducto's document platform, focusing on innovative solutions that meet the needs of leading AI teams
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design, build, and implement new features and functionalities
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and develop targeted solutions
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance of Reducto's platform to ensure high standards of performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of the platform and its components
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and document management to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Collaborate with the data science team to develop and implement models that improve the accuracy and efficiency of document workflows
- Contribute to the development of Reducto's vision models, LLMs, and heuristics to enhance the platform's capabilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and scalability of the platform
- Work with the product team to develop and prioritize product roadmaps
- Contribute to the development of Reducto's document metadata and retrieval pipelines
- Participate in the design and implementation of Reducto's chunking algorithms to enhance information retrieval
What We Are Looking For
- Strong digital skills, with experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields
- Experience working with document management systems and workflows
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Strong understanding of computer vision and natural language processing concepts
- Experience working with machine learning frameworks and libraries
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Reducto's technology stack, including vision models, LLMs, and heuristics
- Knowledge of document management systems and workflows in the enterprise context
- Experience working with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
