What You Will Do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and advance our mission
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to reach new audiences and expand our client base
- Collaborate with our product team to design and launch new features and services
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize our operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in psychedelic therapy and AI
- Participate in company-wide initiatives to promote a culture of freedom and responsibility
- Contribute to the development of our company's core values and mission
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working in marketing, product, design, or engineering
- Strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends in AI and psychedelic therapy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, and other productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

- Experience as a founder or entrepreneur
- Knowledge of psychedelic therapy and its applications
