What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for members, taking into account their individual health, habits, genetics, and goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to members through regular counseling sessions, leveraging your expertise in CBT and MAT.
  • Collaborate with the counseling team to develop and refine treatment programs, ensuring that they are evidence-based and effective.
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor member progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong educational foundation in counseling or a related field, with a focus on substance use management.
  • Active California license to practice as a counselor.
  • At least 2 years of experience in counseling, with a focus on substance use disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms, including video conferencing and messaging.
