Job Description

About the Role

We're seeking a high-performance DTC Creative Strategist to lead end-to-end creative strategy for our hero SKUs, including pet health products, hair loss products, supplements, and accessories.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead multi-SKU ad creative across the customer journey
  • Craft and test messaging angles, formats, and frameworks that drive conversions
  • Use customer reviews, performance data, and market trends to prioritize concepts
  • Script the following: VSLs, UGC and VO-led ads, short-form scripts and hooks, static ad copy/concepts, motion briefs

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, performance marketing, or similar spaces
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager data or ability to read performance feedback
  • Ability to script, concept, and brief editors or animators
