About the Role

The Productions team is a new marketplace that brings together AI audio tools and a network of human experts to unlock high-quality, human-edited transcripts, subtitles, dubs, audiobooks, and more at scale. The team is responsible for managing content workflows for some of the world's top YouTube channels, book publishers, and media & entertainment businesses. As a Dubbing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the content produced meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

What You Will Do

• Optimize translations for dubbed content using AI tools and linguistic accuracy
• Produce natural-sounding dubbed audio using a combination of tools
• Collaborate with audio engineering and mixing teams on edits
• Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Work independently to claim and complete jobs directly on the Elevenlabs platform
• Ensure that all content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure that all content meets the required standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and audiovisual content production
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that content meets business objectives
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the productions process and workflow

What We Are Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in one or more supported languages
• Prior experience in dubbing and translating audiovisual content
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on time
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI-assisted dubbing tools, such as ElevenLabs DubbingStudio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Nice to Have

• Previous work with language service providers, localization teams, or media companies
• Experience using other AI-assisted dubbing tools or software
