About the Role
The Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent role at Mercier Consultancy is a full-time position that involves working remotely from Greece to provide exceptional support to customers on behalf of Imperial. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live online chats. What You Will Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live online chats in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about products and services
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
What We Are Looking For
- Native-level Dutch language skills (written and verbal)
- High level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Valid EU passport
- Ability to work remotely from Greece (relocation package available for successful candidates)
