About the Role
The E-commerce Manager position at Remote VA is a remote, full-time opportunity to oversee and optimize Amazon private label operations for a leading client. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations. Your work will have a direct impact on the client's sales, revenue, and brand growth.In this role, you will work closely with the client to develop and execute e-commerce strategies, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings, managing FBA shipments and logistics, and resolving any issues that arise.
What You Will Do
- Manage all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations
- Prepare and coordinate FBA shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues with inventory, warehousing, and Amazon receiving centers
- Track and reconcile all shipments to ensure accurate records, recover lost inventory, and file reimbursement cases when needed
- Handle all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring timely resolutions and proper documentation for future reference
- Create and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices, keyword integration, and compliance with Amazon policies
- Write compelling and keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to increase visibility and conversion
- Publish enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to improve the customer experience and increase sales
- Conduct thorough keyword research to drive traffic and stay competitive in product rankings
- Use Google Sheets to track KPIs, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights on sales, advertising, and inventory
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with private label on Amazon
- Experience in Walmart management
- Focused and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset
- Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (a plus)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must have 2 monitors for multitasking and efficiency
- High-speed, reliable internet connection
- Functional webcam for meetings via Google Meet
Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon advertising and sponsored products
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools
- Certification in Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce management
