About the Role
The E-Commerce Specialist role at Wing Assistant is a unique opportunity for individuals to leverage their expertise in TikTok Shop management and ads strategy to drive business growth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing TikTok shops, conducting affiliate outreach, and executing ads campaigns to boost sales and engagement. The role requires a strong understanding of SPS, compliance, and violation handling, as well as experience in affiliate outreach and community management.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing TikTok Shops, with a strong knowledge of SPS, compliance, and violation handling. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless marketplace operations and brand onboarding. What You Will Do
- Manage TikTok shops, including setup, inventory, SPS, violations, and compliance
- Conduct affiliate outreach and manage Discord communities for TikTok Shop growth
- Execute TikTok ads and strategy to drive sales and engagement
- Support multiple e-commerce storefronts across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations and brand onboarding
- Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize ads campaigns and improve performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and algorithm changes to adjust ads strategy accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shops, with a strong knowledge of SPS, compliance, and violation handling
- Experience in affiliate outreach and community management (Discord preferred)
- Skilled in TikTok ads and strategy execution
- Familiarity with marketplace tools and listing systems
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for customer-facing support
- Background in Amazon tools is a plus (future roles may expand to Amazon-focused tasks)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
