About the Role
The E-commerce Support & Automation Assistant role at Wing Assistant is a pivotal position designed to manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms for their client, European Leather Works. This includes but is not limited to order processing, customer service, and the management of AI agents and automations. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.Given the nature of the role, it's essential to have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional results and continuously improving processes.

What You Will Do
- Manage order processing and customer service across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Michaels, Etsy, and Faire.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues via email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage existing AI agents/automations, including handling workflow edge cases.
- Coordinate daily communication and task updates through WhatsApp, Slack, and ClickUp.
- Ensure all customer service interactions are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and automate tasks where possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and platform updates.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in AI agents and automations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce issues.
