The HR Compliance Specialist IV role at EXPANSIA is a critical position that ensures the organization operates in a legal and ethical manner, meeting its strategic business objectives. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethics across the enterprise, providing expert advice to leadership on regulatory obligations, compliance risks, and mitigation strategies. As an emerging authority in compliance, the successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive compliance and ethics programs, policies, and internal controls that align with regulatory requirements.The HR Compliance Specialist IV will work closely with the Chief People Officer to determine objectives, strategies, and corrective actions related to compliance initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance monitoring, communication, and enforcement of compliance standards. This role demands a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information, supporting a workplace culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

What You Will Do
- Implement and manage an effective HR legal and regulatory compliance program, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop, review, and update company policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, advising management on compliance risks and regulatory obligations.
- Create and manage corrective action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations, conducting periodic internal audits and reviews of procedures, practices, and documentation.
- Assess company operations to identify areas of compliance, ethical, or operational risk, designing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate identified compliance risks.
- Write, disseminate, and maintain policies and procedures related to compliance and ethics programs, collaborating with internal management teams to develop, implement, and operate compliance and ethics initiatives.
- Develop and deliver employee training on compliance-related topics, policies, and regulatory updates, ensuring employees are educated on current regulations, reporting mechanisms, and ethical standards.
- Resolve employee concerns related to legal compliance and ethical matters, assisting with audit reporting and overseeing related corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Design and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls that strengthen regulatory adherence and ethical standards across the enterprise, working closely with the Chief People Officer and internal stakeholders.
