About the Role

The Ecommerce Growth and Conversion Manager is a critical role at Tumbler, responsible for turning products, campaigns, and ideas into revenue across every sales channel. This is a hands-on position that requires real ownership and a focus on driving conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar ecommerce or growth role and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and optimize product pages.

The Ecommerce Growth and Conversion Manager will be responsible for analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize conversion rates. This will involve working closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue. What You Will Do

  • Own conversion performance across DTC (Shopify), Amazon, and emerging channels like TikTok Shop
  • Turn campaigns and product strategies into high-converting buying experiences
  • Optimize product pages, listings, and funnel flows end-to-end to maximize revenue
  • Identify conversion gaps and implement improvements quickly to stay ahead of the competition
  • Work hands-on across copy, page structure, and merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to align campaigns and maximize revenue
  • Apply insights across channels, such as using Amazon learnings to improve DTC performance
  • Define and coordinate execution support, including freelancers, agencies, and developers as needed
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize conversion rates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-7+ years of experience in ecommerce, growth, or conversion-focused roles
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including site content, merchandising, and basic theme changes
  • Experience managing or optimizing Amazon listings and a strong understanding of Amazon's policies and best practices
  • Familiarity with emerging commerce channels, such as TikTok Shop, and a willingness to adapt to new platforms and technologies
  • Strong understanding of how customers buy across different platforms and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive conversions
  • Ability to move quickly, prioritize impact, and iterate without overengineering
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok Shop or other emerging commerce channels
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with basic coding tasks
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello, and experience with workflow optimization
  • Certification in ecommerce or a related field, such as Google Analytics or Shopify certification
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to drive conversions and revenue growth
