Ecosystem Lead

## About the Role The Ecosystem Lead plays a crucial role in Vana Foundation's mission to empower builders and creators within its ecosystem. This position combines strategic planning with operational execution to create a seamless journey for developers, founders, and creators from initial awareness to active participation. Day-to-day, the Ecosystem Lead will work closely with various teams, including marketing, community, product, and developer relations, to design, manage, and optimize the ecosystem's funnel. This involves analyzing and refining the builder journey to maximize participation, satisfaction, and output quality.

As a key member of the team, the Ecosystem Lead will be responsible for developing targeted initiatives to attract top talent into the ecosystem. This includes collaborating with different departments to craft tailored messaging and campaigns that resonate with builder personas. By fostering strong relationships with educational institutions, tech communities, and developer networks, the Ecosystem Lead will help expand the ecosystem's reach and identify top contributors who can serve as role models.

The success of the Ecosystem Lead will be measured by their ability to drive community engagement, optimize the ecosystem's funnel, and support the growth of a decentralized future for the AI data economy. This role requires a unique blend of organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with a passion for improving systems and processes.

## What You Will Do - Design and implement a comprehensive builder funnel from outreach and onboarding to engagement and retention - Analyze and refine the builder journey to maximize participation, satisfaction, and output quality - Develop targeted initiatives to attract founders, developers, data scientists, and creators into the ecosystem - Collaborate with marketing, community, product, and developer relations teams to craft messaging and campaigns - Oversee programs such as hackathons, accelerator cohorts, and workshops to nurture and support builders - Create resources, tools, and guides to enable successful onboarding and ongoing contributions - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as builder conversion rates, retention, and project outcomes - Use insights to continuously improve the funnel and its touchpoints - Establish partnerships with educational institutions, tech communities, and developer networks to expand reach - Identify and engage with top contributors, amplifying their impact as role models within the ecosystem

## What We Are Looking For - Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Web3, SaaS, or tech ecosystems - Familiarity with developer communities, decentralized technologies, AI, and blockchain ecosystems - Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a talent for fostering collaboration - Analytical mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes - Proven ability to drive community engagement and program success at scale - Strong understanding of data-driven insights and their application in optimizing ecosystem funnels - Experience in managing complex programs and projects with multiple stakeholders - Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with global teams

## Nice to Have - Experience with Web3 technologies and decentralized applications - Knowledge of blockchain development and AI integration - Familiarity with community engagement platforms and tools - Certification in project management or a related field - Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets for insights
