About the Role
The Ecosystem Pipeline Manager role at Salsify is a critical position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and partnership management skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through partnerships, managing partner-sourced pipeline, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations, to align on pipeline commit and best-case scenarios.The role entails designing and executing quarterly joint business plans and co-sell motions to drive sourced pipeline output across the partner portfolio. You will also be responsible for managing the sourced pipeline weekly, driving forecast discipline, and aligning with Sales Directors on pipeline commit and best-case scenarios.
What You Will Do
- Design and execute quarterly joint business plans and co-sell motions to drive sourced pipeline output across the partner portfolio
- Develop and execute partner-led campaigns and co-sell playbooks to generate net-new opportunities
- Operationalize execution cadence, including executive alignment and joint account planning
- Manage the sourced pipeline weekly, driving forecast discipline and aligning with Sales Directors on pipeline commit and best-case scenarios
- Track partner-influenced opportunities, identifying stalled deals and deploying targeted intervention strategies
- Partner closely with ISV and Marketing teams to activate joint campaigns, ensuring velocity and tracking ROI to translate marketing commitments into measurable pipeline output
- Establish rigorous partner-level pipeline tracking and quantify the impact of activation on pipeline uplift
- Drive strategic improvements in pipeline coverage and surface data-driven, capital-efficient growth levers to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform partner management and pipeline growth strategies
What We Are Looking For
- A commercially-driven mindset with a strong bias for analytical execution
- Direct experience in partner ecosystems, co-sell programs, or revenue-driving strategic alliances
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) and proven ability to drive action across internal and external teams
- A proactive, results-oriented approach, leveraging data to drive insights and influence partners for measurable outcomes
- Fluency in data modeling, KPI development, and reporting/dashboard creation to translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with Python for statistical and scoring analyses (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
- Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Google Data Analytics or Certified Data Analyst
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
