About the Role
The EHR Epic Patient Access Analyst will lead the development, support, and functionality rollout of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, utilizing subject matter expertise to optimize workflow processes.Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues and system errors through cross-team collaboration
- Develop and coordinate team members to implement issue resolution plans
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and security
- Coordinate testing and validation activities for system changes and upgrades
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel
