About the Role

The eLearning Trainer position at CACI International Inc is a full-time opportunity to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning experiences that support organizational training initiatives. As an eLearning Trainer, you will be responsible for creating interactive and effective training content that enhances employee performance and knowledge retention. This role requires expertise in eLearning development tools and platforms, including Momentum, Articulate 360, and Camtasia.

The eLearning Trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and business stakeholders to create comprehensive training programs. This includes developing interactive training modules, instructional videos, and screen recordings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging eLearning courses, training materials, and digital learning resources
  • Develop interactive training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and other eLearning development tools
  • Create instructional videos, tutorials, and screen recordings using Camtasia and other multimedia software
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear and effective training content
  • Facilitate virtual and/or in-person training sessions when required
  • Monitor learner progress and analyze training effectiveness using LMS analytics and other evaluation tools
  • Update and maintain existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Ensure eLearning content follows instructional design best practices and adult learning principles
  • Provide technical support and guidance to learners regarding training platforms and tools

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in eLearning development or corporate training
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Momentum, Articulate 360, and Camtasia
  • Experience developing interactive eLearning modules and multimedia training materials
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other eLearning development tools and platforms, such as LMS systems and video production software
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Certification in instructional design or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
