Job Description

About the Role

Supabase is seeking an experienced Elixir Engineer to focus on developing and improving our Observability product. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Elixir and Erlang, with experience in clustered Elixir applications and knowledge of ClickHouse and OTEL standards.

Responsibilities

  • Help build a connector for ClickHouse to enhance the product's growth and self-hosting experience
  • Enrich our OTEL ingestion pipeline for high-performance and full specification coverage
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to optimize Kubernetes for our specific use case

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Elixir/Erlang in production
  • Experience with clustered Elixir applications and knowledge of ClickHouse internals
  • Deep understanding of OTEL standards and Kubernetes applications
