About the Role

As an ELL Teacher at Stride, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality online education to students across the United States. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating engaging lesson plans, teaching English language skills, and providing individualized support to students. The ELL Teacher role is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to online education. You will work from the comfort of your own home, but occasional travel may be required for school functions, such as state testing. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
  • Active state teaching license
  • Ability to clear required background check
  • Experience working with English language learners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with online learning platforms and technology

Nice to Have
