Email Marketer & Copywriter: Take Profit Trader

What You Will Do

• Produce high-quality daily emails from idea to publish for an audience of active traders
• Create a forward-planned email content calendar with the ability to pivot quickly when markets or industry events demand it
• Generate ongoing ideas across multiple themes and angles to maintain a consistent and engaging email cadence
• Develop a consistent structure, pacing, and tone that preserves the existing Take Profit Trader voice
• Write and ship high-quality daily emails on a reliable schedule
• Plan and maintain a rotating email framework to prevent repetition and fatigue
• Identify timely and relevant moments where the email calendar should be adjusted or overridden
• Collaborate closely with the CMO on voice, positioning, and strategic direction
• Iterate on copy based on feedback, performance signals, and business context
• Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant copy that avoids hype or exaggeration
• Support additional copy needs, such as landing pages and paid ads, as capacity allows

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of senior-level copywriting experience with a strong emphasis on email
• Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-aware copy
• Experience planning and managing ongoing email campaigns or newsletters
• Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
• Comfort using AI tools as part of a modern copy workflow
• Familiarity with email best practices, including subject lines, CTAs, and deliverability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of the financial industry and trading market
• Ability to take initiative and identify opportunities without waiting for direction

• Experience with Adjust and Excel
• Knowledge of paid media and digital marketing principles
• Familiarity with landing page and paid ad copywriting
• Experience working with a remote team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
