What You Will Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that drives engagement and conversions
• Plan and execute daily email campaigns that meet the needs of an audience of active futures traders
• Work closely with the CMO to develop a consistent tone and voice for the brand
• Create high-quality email content that is engaging, informative, and relevant to the target audience
• Develop and maintain a forward-planned email content calendar that is flexible and adaptable
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Analyze and report on email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Continuously test and optimize email campaigns to improve performance and results
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the target audience and their needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in email marketing and copywriting

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in copywriting and email marketing, with a strong focus on creating engaging and effective email content
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing comprehensive email marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including subject lines, CTAs, and deliverability
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content that is engaging and informative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and report on email marketing metrics
• Experience working with email marketing automation tools and platforms
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with a focus on futures trading and investing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI tools and platforms, including content generation and optimization
• Strong understanding of paid media and advertising, including Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Experience working with landing pages and promotional content, including development and optimization
• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, including Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and operational excellence
