About the Role

Boldin is seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute our email marketing strategy. This role will be instrumental in building meaningful connections with our customers, driving engagement, and optimizing the performance of our email campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Boldin’s email marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Audit existing customer journey and nurture streams for and provide recommendations for how to improve.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Work with product marketing partners to identify key moments in the customer journey to effectively leverage the email channel and influence behavior.
  • Develop campaigns, triggered flows, and promotions that deliver against revenue, conversion, engagement and retention goals.
