About the Role
The Emerging Enterprise Account Executive role at Amplitude is a critical position that requires a skilled and experienced sales professional to drive growth and expansion in the North American market. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and navigating complex sales cycles to close deals. Your expertise in selling SaaS solutions to large companies will be essential in this role, as you will be working with a range of customers, from emerging enterprises to established industry leaders.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital analytics market and the ability to communicate the value of Amplitude's platform to key decision-makers. You will be working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, including sales development representatives, solutions consultants, and customer success managers, to ensure a seamless and effective sales process.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expansion in the North American market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers, communicating the value of Amplitude's platform and its benefits
- Navigate complex sales cycles, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, product managers, and marketing leaders
- Collaborate with sales development representatives to identify and qualify new leads
- Work closely with solutions consultants to develop and deliver customized solutions to customers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital analytics market, including industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results
- Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders, including product development and marketing teams, to help inform and improve Amplitude's platform and sales strategy
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to large companies, preferably in the digital analytics or technology sector
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust with key stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights to inform sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the digital analytics market and the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
