## About the Role As an Employee Lifecycle Analyst at Ramp, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's people operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage data workflows, compensation operations, and benefits processes, ensuring that every employee's experience at Ramp is seamless and efficient. You will work closely with the compensation, finance, and HR teams to bring structure and precision to cross-functional processes, building the documentation and systems that will scale with the business. If you are a self-motivated individual who is passionate about building systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, then this role is an exciting opportunity for you. ## What You Will Do - Own the execution of recurring compensation update processes, including internal mobility changes, performance cycle updates, bonus and equity issuance prep, and ad-hoc bonus payouts - Ensure comp changes are processed accurately and on time across systems, reducing the operational burden on the Comp team - Manage end-to-end employee data changes in our HRIS and connected systems, including internal moves, title changes, compensation updates, and bulk uploads - Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, and proactive identification of errors across our HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems - Serve as the operational point of contact for benefits administration, supporting enrollment accuracy, fielding employee questions, and catching discrepancies before they escalate - Partner on benefits reconciliation and vendor coordination to keep our systems aligned and employees supported - Create and maintain thorough SOPs and process documentation for all recurring responsibilities - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle events - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends in employee data - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation, benefits, and HR operations ## What We Are Looking For - 1-3+ years of experience in an operational, administrative, or people-focused role - Direct experience in People Operations, HR, or data management is a plus - Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail - Familiarity with data management platforms and comfort learning and navigating new tools and systems quickly - Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify issues and take initiative to resolve or improve workflows - Enjoys building structure around processes to make them more effective, scalable, and easy for others to follow - Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally and build trust with employees and stakeholders at all levels - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Experience with compensation data processes, benefits administration, or HRIS platforms is a plus ## Nice to Have - Experience with compensation data processes, including internal mobility, bonus cycles, and equity administration - Familiarity with benefits administration or enrollment reconciliation - Experience with HRIS platforms, such as Workday or Paylocity - Exposure to automation tools and experience with process automation ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and equity package - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) matching program - Generous paid time off and holiday policy - Flexible remote work arrangements and stipend - Professional development opportunities and conference sponsorships - Access to cutting-edge technology and tools - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Recognition and reward programs for outstanding performance
