Job Description

About the Role

The Employer Branding Manager will play a crucial role in telling JustPlay GmbH's story and strengthening its employer brand. This involves bringing the company culture to life through creative campaigns, compelling content, and meaningful employee experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with the People team to attract top talent and support hiring efforts. As a key member of the team, the Employer Branding Manager will contribute directly to making JustPlay GmbH an exciting place to work.

The role entails working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on innovation and creativity. The ideal candidate will have experience in a startup, scale-up, tech, or gaming environment, although this is not essential. The Employer Branding Manager will report to the People team and will be responsible for driving the company's employer branding strategy and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

What You Will Do

  • Drive JustPlay GmbH's employer branding strategy and Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Create engaging content that showcases the company culture, people, and values
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to strengthen candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, employer review platforms, and other talent-facing channels
  • Track performance metrics, gather insights, and continuously improve employer brand initiatives
  • Stay ahead of employer branding trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Collaborate with the People team to develop and implement employee experiences that showcase the company culture
  • Develop and manage the employer branding budget
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of employer branding and marketing strategies
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize employer branding initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and team leaders

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and executing employer branding initiatives that drive talent attraction and engagement
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a passion for building brands that resonate
  • Experience running campaigns across social media, careers pages, and employer branding channels
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, tech, or gaming environment is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Excel and data analysis
  • Knowledge of employer branding trends and best practices
  • Experience with content creation tools, such as video production and graphic design
  • Certification in marketing or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
