What You Will Do

• Manage technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
• Develop and implement remote work solutions to meet the needs of the company's clients
• Provide technical support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the company's sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to meet the needs of potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the technical blue-collar trade industry, attending conferences and training sessions as required
• Participate in the company's quality assurance program, ensuring that all work meets the required standards
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Provide training and support to junior staff members, as required

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a technical blue-collar trade role, preferably in a recruitment or staffing agency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with technical software and systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
• Strong team player, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues as required

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a recruitment or staffing agency, preferably in a technical blue-collar trade role
• Certification in a relevant technical field, such as engineering or IT
• Experience with CRM software and other technical systems
• Strong marketing and sales skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
