What You Will Do

  • Manage technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement remote work solutions to meet the needs of the company's clients
  • Provide technical support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the company's sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to meet the needs of potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the technical blue-collar trade industry, attending conferences and training sessions as required
  • Participate in the company's quality assurance program, ensuring that all work meets the required standards

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical blue-collar trade role, preferably in a recruitment or staffing agency
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with technical software and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
