About the Role

As an Enablement Business Partner at Twilio, you will play a critical role in empowering Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to perform at their best. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing enablement programs that drive revenue growth and shorten ramp times. The Enablement Business Partner will report directly to the Senior Manager, GTM Sales Enablement, and work closely with peers in the GTM Enablement organization. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy rolling up their sleeves to get things done and are excited about the opportunity to transform the business and state of enablement.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a consultant for sales leaders on enablement opportunities based on both qualitative and quantitative metrics and performance
  • Deliver content tailored by audience to ensure maximum impact
  • Contribute to knowledge bases, training sessions, knowledge development, and weekly updates to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Proactively engage with the leadership team to plan, prioritize, and execute on the enablement plan
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of curriculums and propose adjustments or new curriculum additions as needed
  • Partner with the Learning Design Experience team to develop learning objectives and measurable outcomes for all enablement programs
  • Follow through on the adoption of pre/post-evaluations and metrics of enablement programs
  • Maintain knowledge of Twilio's competitors' products, company direction, financial stability, and other relevant information

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3+ years of experience in customer value, sales enablement, or direct sales
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and sales enablement principles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Adjust or other similar tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) concepts
  • Knowledge of the communications industry and Twilio's products
  • Certification in sales enablement or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote-first environment
