About the Role

Gitlab is seeking an Enablement Data and Reporting Analyst to join their Field Enablement Operations team. The successful candidate will play a central role in building the data foundation that shows how enablement programs impact sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Enablement leadership, Sales Operations, and executive stakeholders to answer critical business questions about program effectiveness and field readiness
  • Establish reporting frameworks that inform how to prioritize programs, content, and investments across the field
  • Work in tools like Salesforce, Power BI or Tableau, Snowflake or Google BigQuery, and enablement systems

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce and Adjust
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery
