What You Will Do

  • Drive sales growth by generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and nurturing both new and existing client relationships
  • Consult and advise clients on energy solutions, employing Navigate Power & Verde Solutions' proven strategies to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Build trust with clients by presenting compelling proposals, managing client expectations, and delivering on promises
  • Stay ahead of the competition by mastering our diverse suite of products, ranging from energy procurement to renewable production and storage
  • Refine your expertise to consistently outpace the competition and drive sales growth
  • Leverage multiple energy solutions to amplify your sales pipeline

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven sales success with a minimum of 2+ years' sales experience in the B2B field, preferably in energy consulting or related fields
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Energy expertise, including experience in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields
  • Established book of business, with a strong network of professional connections
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive your own success without extensive supervision
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, proactive, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues

Nice to Have

  • Experience with renewable energy solutions, such as solar, EV chargers' installations, or battery storage
