About the Role
The Engagement Director, Latin, at Prosci will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day execution of a diverse team composed of Training Services and/or Advisory Services employees and external partners. This team serves clients across France, French-speaking Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy, making cultural competence and language skills essential. The role entails guiding and developing individual team members, ensuring a consistent quality of delivery across Europe, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. As part of the Prosci Europe Delivery Management Team, the Engagement Director will partner closely with the Growth team to strengthen client relationships, expand holistic solutions, and grow Prosci's presence.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-impact, culturally diverse, multi-lingual teams and will function as an experienced Prosci training facilitator with a strong capability in supporting large and complex Advisory projects.
What You Will Do
- Lead the day-to-day execution of client engagements, guiding and developing individual team members on projects and trainings.
- Provide purpose-driven leadership to a culturally diverse cluster team, coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Manage team operations, including staffing, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, PTO, and utilization planning.
- Partner with direct reports on their goals and growth opportunities and NPS score.
- Manage utilization within assigned client engagements, ensuring optimal utilization rate and profitability.
- Ensure quality of work product through reviews and provide coaching as appropriate.
- Recruit and onboard new Instructors and Advisors, enabling the development of Prosci's internal Delivery talent pool.
- Work closely with the European Scheduling team to deploy the delivery team, balancing team wellbeing and optimizing the use of permanent and contract staff to attain profitability targets.
- Manage relationships with contract partners in the cluster.
- Implement an onboarding program for new Instructors and Advisors that meets or exceeds quality standards and incorporates Prosci's core values and behaviors.

- Strong background in change management methodology and its application in complex projects.
- Experience with Excel and other relevant tools for project management and team coordination.

- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
