## What You Will Do - Lead and guide multiple complex, large-scale transformation engagements, ensuring client success and delivering financial metrics - Manage client relationships and escalations, building trust and developing effective solutions to meet client needs - Assist in cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, driving customer satisfaction and providing subject matter expertise and best practices - Provide work direction and feedback to resources across multiple projects and programs, helping to develop their skills and expertise - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion, identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams - Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and its applications, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, leveraging these relationships to drive business growth and expansion - Identify and mitigate risks, developing effective solutions to address potential issues and minimize their impact - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring that the team is operating within budget and achieving its financial goals

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a digital transformation or consulting environment - Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and its applications, including experience with cloud-based technologies and solutions - Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale transformation engagements, with a focus on client success and financial metrics - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and develop effective relationships with clients and stakeholders - Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity, and develop strategies to drive business growth and expansion - Experience with cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and providing subject matter expertise and best practices - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to provide work direction and feedback to resources across multiple projects and programs - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, technology, or engineering
