  • Deep knowledge of engineering and product hiring, with an understanding of what great technical talent looks like
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to consistently deliver and iterate based on results
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to take feedback and optimize your approach
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
