About the Role
Gitlab is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of experienced engineers in building innovative AI solutions. The Agent Execution group focuses on running agents securely at scale on Gitlab's Duo Agent platform.Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 7 experienced engineers to build innovative AI solutions tailored to customers' needs
- Provide engineers with clarity, remove friction, and coaching needed to build fast and build right
- Utilize technical depth to make good engineering decisions
