About the Role

Gitlab is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of experienced engineers in building innovative AI solutions. The Agent Execution group focuses on running agents securely at scale on Gitlab's Duo Agent platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 7 experienced engineers to build innovative AI solutions tailored to customers' needs
  • Provide engineers with clarity, remove friction, and coaching needed to build fast and build right
  • Utilize technical depth to make good engineering decisions

  • Strong engineering background with experience in AI
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of experienced engineers
