About the Role
As an Engineering Manager, Destinations at Hightouch, you will lead a team of talented engineers responsible for managing over 300 destination integrations. This role is critical to the company's success, as every Hightouch customer relies on these integrations to send their data to destinations like CRMs, advertising platforms, and analytics engines. What You Will Do
- Lead the engineering team responsible for managing over 300 destination integrations
- Prioritize requests for new destinations and functionality, balancing immediate deals with longer-term business strategy and engineering improvements
- Ensure the team is focused on high-value deliverables and continuously raise the bar for technical execution
- Work closely with customers and integration partners to solution new use cases
- Manage the team's workload and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Collaborate with other teams to drive technical innovation and excellence
- Develop and implement processes to improve the team's efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve the team's work
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential
What We Are Looking For
- Strong technical skills, including Excel and experience with destination integrations
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality results and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, integration partners, and other teams
