- Lead and manage a team of machine learning engineers, focusing on their development and growth.

- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of sophisticated relevance and discovery systems.
- Work closely with platform and infrastructure teams to develop the next generation of AI-powered solutions.

- Partner with the recruiting team to attract and hire diverse and talented machine learning engineers.
