About the Role
Gitlab is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its infrastructure platforms team. The successful candidate will focus on building and supporting a high-performing team that keeps Gitlab's platforms secure, reliable, and scalable.Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop team members to create an environment where they can deliver strong results
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to translate business goals into resilient infrastructure platforms
- Work in an agile and asynchronous way to evolve core platform components, improve system reliability and performance, and support new product capabilities at scale

- Experience with infrastructure platforms and team management
- Strong understanding of Adjust and Excel
