What You Will Do
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Protex AI's infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and implement them.
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation plans, and project timelines to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards for infrastructure and data security.
- Participate in the hiring process to attract top talent to the team.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to optimize the CI/CD pipeline and improve deployment efficiency.
- Engage in architectural discussions to drive the evolution of Protex AI's technical infrastructure.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for infrastructure and engineering teams.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects.
- 2+ years in a technical management role, demonstrating the ability to mentor engineers and make strategic technical decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in software development principles and practices.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices, with experience in implementing secure infrastructure solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure development.
