About the Role
The Engineering Manager International role at Justworks is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team of software engineers in a remote setting. As a player-coach, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, setting priorities, and motivating your team to create and maintain features for Justworks' customers. What You Will Do
- Coordinate and prioritize projects across the engineering team
- Develop and maintain features for Justworks' customers
- Mentor and grow team members through regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
- Set technical direction and vision for the engineering team
- Manage and prioritize the backlog of engineering tasks
- Work closely with the product team to develop and refine the product roadmap
- Communicate technical plans and progress to stakeholders
