About the Role
ClickHouse is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its Language Clients team. This team is responsible for developing client libraries that serve as the primary interface for developers building on ClickHouse. The successful candidate will build a high-output culture, set a clear technical direction, and expand the team's reach into the broader open-source ecosystem.Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-bar team
- Set crisp expectations and foster a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement
- Mentor engineers at all levels and create growth opportunities
- Shape the product and execution strategy for language clients to stay ahead of 10x growth
