Job Description

About the Role

Anthropic's infrastructure networking group designs and builds network infrastructure for points of presence, data centers, and backbone. The team is responsible for network architecture, engineering, and operations, including software deployment and management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Infrastructure Expansion team, recruiting and developing exceptional engineers
  • Drive technical strategy, prioritizing work across WAN buildout and data center networking
  • Ensure ML teams can seamlessly use compute across AWS, GCP, and Anthropic's own data centers
