About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Tax Payments and Filings team, responsible for building adaptable internal tooling systems to organize legal compliance rules and apply those rules to our internal engine for generating and processing tax payments and filings.Responsibilities
- Build and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and impact-oriented culture
- Coach, mentor, and sustain a high-performing team of engineers
- Maintain cross-functional relationships with key partners in Product, Data, Tax Operations, Tax Filings Compliance
- Help set technical direction on the team, ensuring compliance commitments and reducing operational overhead
